What are the available mode of transportation from Xi'an to Chengdu and the estimated travel time?

Long-distance bus, train and flight are all available.
By bus: 9-10 hours
By train: 15 hours or longer
By air: around 1.5 hours

Some buses have, and some don't. Generally speaking, the buses do not have toilets, but they will stop in several service stations, where you can get off at the bus to use the toilets in the station. You don't need to worry about that.
