us citizen apply for a chinese business visa in czech??

I am A United States Citizen traveling to Czech. I have work the following week in Beijing. Is it possible for me to process a Chinese business one while i am in Czech??

It is possible to apply for a M type with your visa to Czech, your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo and invitation letter from your business partner in China.
