is a train operating from chengdu to lijiang,how long will it take?

Once during my China roundtrip I would like to go by train.The other possible destinations for a train trip are: Dali-Kunming or Kunming-Guilin Thanks for your help. Travel China Guide is a great website, I will recommend in my travel blog after my trip.Edel

I'm afraid no direct train operates between the two places. U can transfer in Kunming. For the other two trips between Dali and Kunming & between Kunming and Guilin, there are trains in service. As for the schedule, you can search it out on the train page of this website.
