City sightseeing bus,transportation to badaling wall,places to visit in beijing

1. I remember there are such buses in BJ and they are named City Bus Tour. You can get on the bus at the City Bus Parking Lot, near exit B or exit E1 or Guomao metro station of subway line 1. Just go there to confirm this info.

2. To save money, you are suggested to travel by public transportation. Walk from Forbidden City to Tiananmen West metro station to take subway line 1 to Fuxingmen, where you can transfer to line 2 to get off at Xizhimen. Thenyou can easily walk to the North Train Station to catch a direct train to Badaling Great Wall.

3. Except Forbidden City and Badaling Great Wall, I also recommend you visit the Ming Tombs, which can be reached by bus no. 879 from Badaling. Wangfujing and Silk Street are also recommended to go, where you can have some shopping! Just start your trip from Silk Street if you arrive in BJ by air.

Oh, here is my suggestion:
Day 1: Go to the Bund for visiting. On the opposite bank, you are also recommended to have fun at Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Jin Mao Tower. After that, you can roam around local famous pedestrian - Nanjing Road for shopping! If time permits, I suggest you have fun in Yuyuan Garden as well.
Day 2: (half day maybe) I recommend you catch local sightseeing bus to take a general look of the major attraction in the city!
