I presume you would like to travel from HKIA to Macao. Well, at the nearby Skypier, you can take a ferry operated by Shun Tak-China Travel Ship Management Limited, with the brand name of "TurboJET".
Most ferries arrive at Maritime Ferry Terminal. You can take bus no. AP1 to Macao Airport and then transfer to a taxi to get to the Buckingham in 3-5min.0
