Apply for commercial Visa (M)

Dear,
I am not a Turkish citizen, but I've came to Turkey to visit my family and legally I can stay for 3 months in turkey.
I want to get a commercial visit M from turkey as I am a foreign national, Kindly what is the accepted proof which I can provide it for my legal stay?, and please send me the details of the application..
