Hi, I'm an Italian student. I'll be in Seoul at KU (Student Exchange program) from 2014/08/22 to 2014/12/21. I've already planned a visit to my chinese friend in Shanghai from 2014/12/21 to 2015/01/20. I can't apply for China visa in Italy, because there are more than three months from now to visit China.
