if I buy ticket with this app. do I need to print ? or do I need to do something at the station? or just get on the train with just my cellphone and my passport?

you need to print the ticket out, but you can not print it out by yourself. After booking the ticket. you can have the agent delivered the ticket to your hotel, or pick up the ticket on your own at the railway station by showing your passport. You are required to present the paper ticket to get onboard.
