Required paperwork for dependent L visa

Hello, At one point in time I had all of this information saved on my computer, but then it crashed! Can some one please tell me which forms and supporting documents I need to submit to get dependent L type for my children. I am on a Z typeand they are currently on X types, but I would like to switch them back to L types. I would truly appreciate it if someone could post a checklist so I can get everything in order.
Cheers!

Aliyah, there is no more dependent L type. Instead, you should help your children to apply for S type. According to what I know, it's almost impossible to change visa types within China. You may confirm this with the local entry and exit management bureau/department. Except for the basic documents (passport, filled application form and a recent passport photo), you should prepare these documents if you plan to apply S type: an invitation letter from you, a copy of your temporary resient permit for employment and a kinship certificate (your children's birth certificates, both original and copy versions).
