About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Do you have one day rush service for Authentication services in USA embassy?

OR, can one person drop off the paperwork for Authentication, and another person pick them up? Or do they have to be the same person?

If you are in urgent, you may apply for expedited service with extra payment.

If you handle your paperwork for authentication, you can ask another person to pick up for you as a repesentative. They can be different people.
