can i apply for a visa on my australian passport while studying abroad in the netherlands?

Hi, I'm an Australian and I will be studying in The Netherlands for about 6 months. I plan to go to China for about a month after I finish my studies and before I return home, can I apply in the Netherlands? If so, where do I go, or can find information for applying in my situation? Also, how long will it take for me to receive it? Thanks.

Hi, you can apply for it in Netherland without problem if you will be studying there for 6 months. Your application can be submitted through CVASC in Hague, and an online appointment via CVASC's website is required. The processing time is usually 4 working days.
