overnight layover in nanning

Question

I arrive into NN at 11:55 pm and I do not fly out until 10:00 am the following day. Am I allowed to spend the night in the airport or am I required to leave? If I am required to leave, do I need to obtain a visa for the single night?Thank you,Kathryn

It is not allowed to stay overnight in the terminal, because it will close after the last flight. You are suggestd to stay in the city proper. Since you stay there for more no longer than 24 hours, so no visa is needed, but you need to apply for a stay permit to get out of the airport.

There is no exact reopening time. According to the schedule of the first flight, the airport will reopen at around four to five o'clock.
