About:China Train Stations

Train Ticket Pick-up

Hello! We would like to purchase train tickets but we weren't sure where to have them held/sent. We could have them held at the train station or sent to the hotel we're staying at. What we're worried about is that the trip is for mid-October, but we'd like to purchase the tickets now. Will they be safe and not get lost for 3+ months?

Do you mean you want to purchase a train ticket on this website?
If so, you can either collect your ticketf from the railway station or ask them to deliver to your hotels. If you want them to deliver, you need to pay deliver fee for around 5USD per booking.
It is no need to worry about the time. You can book now and they help you to get your ticket safely in time in the end.
