About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

US Citizen in Japan

Hello, Maybe a complicated question in two parts:

1. Can a US Citizen get a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa through the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in Japan?

2. If the person applying has a Japanese Residence Card, does that affect obtaining it?

Thank you for your time

Hi, multiple entry L requires more documents, and it is not issued to first-time visitor, unless you have detailed travel itinerary showing the needs of multiple entry. If someone who has Japanese residence card, it is helpful for application, but if you have an invitation letter from China, it will be better.
