About:China Visa on Arrival

I am spanish planning to travel to Hainan in January for 3 weeks, can I get a visa on arrival?

Hi, you are advised to apply for a tourist L in advance to avoid any hassle. VOA is possible but there were ones who got refused entry. Why take the risk to do this if you have time to do it in advance.
