I'm an American Teacher with a Master's Degree and 2 years ESL Experience in China. I've been offered a Job at University in China. With the proper Paperwork from the University can I get it in Kiev, Ukraine ? It would be very expensive and time consuming to fly back to the US and then back to Ukraine and then fly to China.
