About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

Foreign marriage certificate

Hi, I am from Indonesia and had married with Chinese wife. We have already registered our marriage in FL, USA. How can I validate my marriage in China? What are the procedures and documents required? Thank you very much...

Generally, it requires your single certificate, birth certificate and your passport. The single certificate should be authorized by your Minsitry of Foreign Affairs and all ducoments in foreign language should be translated by qualified translation agencies and notarized too.
