is it possible to travel by train to hong kong from shishi city, quanzhou?

I am new here in China and don't speak, read or write mandarin chinese. I am planning to go to Hongkong (Fo tan, Shatin New Territories Hong Kong to be specific) on August. Please help?

No direct train is available from Shishi to HK. Then I suggest you take a bus at Shishi New Bus Station to Jinjiang and then take a taxi to Jinjiang Airport. There you can take a direct plane to HK.
