About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Currently I reside in Japan but hold an Australian passport.

As above I reside in Japan but hold an Australian and British passport. Where do I obtain a visa from and which passport is better to use?

You need to apply through a local travel agency. In fact, both passports are fine for application there.
