I think their timetable was updated recently. I search the the shuttle bus' official website and found the same information.
I wonder where you get the different information?

If you want to catch the shuttle bus from GZ airport to Zhuhai, you just need to go to the bus station in the airport to buy the ticket and take the bus. You do not need to contact any person in advance.
