Arriving PEK ter. 3 at 11:05PM Oct. 1. What the cheapest way to Capital Hotel in Downtown Beijing?

The cheapest method maybe the airport shuttle bus + taxi.
You can take the shuttle bus line 2 (night line) to BJ Railway Station and then change a taxi to your hotel. The distance between the railway station and your hotel is around 2.5km.
