Banks at Shanghai Hongqiao airport
Are there BANKS at SHA airport in order to change money to Yuan.
I understand that the other money changers are more expensive. I have read they have bad rates and charge 50-60 YUAN commission even for a small transaction.
Do the banks work on Sundays?
