visa to china through hong kong

Question

We have a flight from Kuwait to China next Sunday, but couldn't get in time for it from the embassy, is it possible to get one from Hong Kong airport in the same day or it will take longer time to process, and what do we need if it is possible. We are of Kuwaiti nationality.

Hi, you are still advised to apply for it in advance in Kuwait through Chinese embassy, using rush/express service is necessary. Things change all the time as I heard that it is now very difficult to apply for it in HK. Anyway, you can have a try to contact the agency in HK airport for the latest information. Thanks, that is what we heard from the lady working there in the embassy. Luckily we did manage to get the Visa directly from the Embassy in here earlier today for our flight later. They were very much helpful.
