About:China Postal Service

Parcel super delayed, pakistan to china, v worried.

My parcel code CB000753922PK was sent from Pakistan on May 07,2014, it reached on Beijing but after that no more info or parcel. Please tell me what to do, help me. I live in shanghai.

You may call 11185 or go to visit the post office in your area to see if it arrives.

Hi, i called them but they told me to call at 11183. and that isnt working. the status says beijing international 10010200. what does that mean

Today i called at Bj Intl China post and they said its at 18 Futong xi dajie, wangjing,beijing i called at 64566270 but no help. it is there. i am so worried. it has been more than a month plus.

can someone please tell them that there good act ll be highly appreciated :((

Todate, no info, called 11183 and 11185, they change their replies, e.g reached beijing n reached shanghai, not reached shanghai, check sender, we send you today parcel, etc etc. it is so annoying. Can someone help or guide.

Your parcel wasn't sent via China Post. You should track it on the website of Pakistan Post.

the package should be on the way from Beijing to shanghai ,just take patience to wait for several days .

According to the tracking record, it arrived in China on 21/05/2014. It's been a month. I suggest you ask the receiver to check it at the post office. If the post office told him it didn't arrive, I am worried that the package might be lost.

Dear Jim, you are right,i ve already called up the whole of China Post, but sorry to see that they lost track of parcel when it was sent to Shanghai from Beijing. I wonder if i can claim on China Post for my lost parcel. How should i proceed.

I think you may ask your sender to deal with this. He is the one who sent your parcel. So it should be him who claims the compensation. Then you can ask him to compensate you because you paid for that package.
