Can you buy a montly train pass from Huzhou to Hangzhou? Can foreigners buy it?

Travelling daily between Huzhou and HZ by bullet train. Can you get a monthly pass? Does it have discounts for the tickets? Can foreigners buy the tickets or do you need someone with a chinese ID?

But as I know, no monthly train pass is available in China by now, so you need to buy the ticket every day.
