Can we travel to many cities in 5 days for business by using Visa On Arrival at Shenzhen Fuyong?

We, British & Italian, need to travel for business urgently to China. We just returned from China for same business yesterday and have to go back to China for more business, now in Hong Kong for same business. Can we travel by ferry to China Shenzhen Fuyong and apply for VOA with an invitation letter from our Chinese associate to work one day in Dongguan then fly that evening to Shanghai, spend 2 nights, then next day to Nanjing, then fly to Beijing in the evening and spend one night then next day fly to Chongqing then fly back home resident in BKK where we had one entry permit for the last time? The total is 5 days, 11-15/June/2014 flying out to BKK. Are we in compliance with the rule for VOA with Chinese Invitation letter, flights confirmation, hotels confirmation to do the aforesaid?
