About:Dumpling Dinner

I want to to know if it is possible to to apply for a tourist visa to China as i am planning to visit Shanghai.

What are the documents needed? do I need an appointment? Are they Open on Saturday? because it's a weekend in Saudi.

Ramy, the embassy won't be open on Saturday and Sundy. You should submit your application on working days (Monday to Friday). And you needn't make an appoinment in advance. Apart from your passport, filled application form and a passport photo, you should provide confirmed return air ticket and hotel booking in China. Or you may provide an invitation letter.
