2 Brazilians are in China and going to Malaysia for a trip. But they have no entries to come back China.  If not, where can they buy in a easiest way?

Hi, as I know, it is possible to apply for a tourist L issued in Malaysia, but through CVASC in KL. It is not available at KL airport. The processing takes 4 working days.
