About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Visiting Taiwan from USA - traveling to China from Taiwan as a tourist

My 17 year old daughter is visiting a friend in Taiwan for 3 weeks in July (no visa needed). Her friend's family (Taiwan citizenship) is planning a trip to China while my daughter is there. They will be entering via Hong Kong or Xiamen. I just need to know what type application I need to complete for my daughter. Thank You.

Hi, your daughter needs to apply for a single entry tourist L in advance, through a local travel agency from HK office.
