As an EU citizen i do not need any residence permit to stay in Cyprus.I just have my passport showing my legal status in Cyprus. I trie to download a form from internet and fill it up for my application.But it was not possible. Do i need to come to the embassy and fill in a form there?

Hi, you can apply there if you hold EU passport, confirm this with the embassy directly if necessary. Tel: 00357-22352183, 22590717 The application can be downloaded from the website of Chinese embassy or from this website (top of this page actually). It may waste time if you fill it when you are in the embassy.
