resident permit for living with fiance till 2 years

Question

My Fiance is American Citizen and I am Pakistani. She is a teacher in a school of Beijing and she is on 2 years contract. Can I get resident permit for 2 years? I just want to live with her in China. We are already married in Pakistan last year. But America doesn't accept Pakistani marriage. America wants us to present in American court and sign on marriage papers. That's why She is still single according to U.S law. My Immigration case is still pending in Islamabad, Pakistan branch of U.S embassy since 2 years. I can't live without my love. Plz guide us what to do.

You may apply for S type. S1 allows to stay more than 180 days but it's hard to get S1. You should provide these documents:1. invitation letter from her school.2. invitation letter from your wife.3. copies of her passport and resident permit for employment.4. original and a copy of your marriage certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. 5. health certificate. You need to download the form from the website of Chinese embassy in Pakistan and do the examination at any state-owned hospitals in your country. Then you need to get the certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
