About Resident Card Remaining Validity

I am a Myanmar (Burma) citizen currently working in Japan. My wife and I are planning to apply for a tourist visa for our trip to China in July. However, my wife's Japanese residence card will expire at the end of October. Will this be an issue? I found that our passports need to be valid for at least six months, but what about the residence card? Thanks

It won't be an issue as your trip is planned in July before her card expires as long as you will go back to Japan before the card expires and your passports have more than 6-month validity.
