beijing south railway station to north railway station

Question

Hi,  I will be catching a Bullet train from Tanngu to the city and would like to know that fastest and easiest way to travel from South Railway Station to the North Railway Station so I can catch the train going to Badaling Station.  Thanks

At the south train station metro station, you can take local subway line 4 to Xizhimen. Then walk to the north train station in several minutes. By bus, you can use bus no. 84 to get off at Xizhimen South stop and then head for the train station.
