Hi, I am Forigner, working in China. I know visa process from beijing office. But how to Pay fee?

I am very far from Beijing. What is the procedure to send document to Beijing office and how to pay fee? Online or draft or Cheque? Please let me know if anyone know the procedure from Beijing office in Detail.

If possible, you can apply though a travel agency, which will be easier.
