Preferential tickets for foreigner seniors too?

Are preferential tickets are for minors aged 6-18 and seniors aged 60-64 including foreigners? How about those above 65?

Elderly visitors, including foreigners, aged 65 and above enjoy free entry, while those aged 60 - 64 have a 50% discount on official holidays and enter for free on other days. Tickets for children aged 7 - 18 are also 50% off, and those aged 6 and below are not required a ticket.
