About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arriving by Cruise Ship at Tianjin and leaving from Beijing Airport within 72 hrs. Swedish Passport.

I will be arriving by Cruise Ship at Tianjin and leaving from Beijing Airport within 72 hrs on a flight to USA. Cruise started in Singapore. I have a Swedish Passport. Do I need a Visa?

Yes, you need to apply for a transit G type in advance for this visit. The 72 hour free transit only applies to direct transit via Beijing airport.
