Hong long from kunming airport to railway station? can i change the train ticket time?

how long it takes if taking taxi from Kunming airport to train station? I have bought 2 tickets from Kunming to Lijiang yesterday, if we unable to rush to Railway Station from airport, can I change my tickets from 21:50 to next one?
