About:China Visa

I am traveling on a Celebrity cruise, stops in Shanghai and departs from Hong Kong.

Do I need a multi entry visa since I am departing from Hong Kong?

No, a single entry is enough if your cruise only stops in Shanghai, but no other cities in mainland China.
