Buying a pre paid sim card after midnight at Pudong International Airport

I will arrive Pudong International Airport at 00:45, will I be able to get a pre paid phone card at the airport

It is impossible to get a card at that time.
It is suggested to enter the city proper first and then purchase a card on the next day from an business lobby of China Mobile, China Unicom or China Telecom.
