There is trains between the two places, so you may need to fly to reach if you want to reach Macau directly.

Or you can fly to Zhuhai and take the shuttle buses to Gongbei Border. There you can pass the border to reach Macau easily.

Hi, I think the Edison made a small mistake when typing. I think he want so express that there is no train between the two places.

As I know, there are no trains, between SH and Macau, so you need to fly to Macau in around 2.5 hours.

There is even no trains from SH to Zhuhai, the connected city with Macau, so you still need to fly to Zhuhai and then pass the border to reach macau if you want to travel on land.
