Go to BJ South Train Station by airport shuttle bus or taxi and then, buy a ticket for Jinan. It's strongly recommended to buy a "G" train(about 1hour and half, 184RMB class2) or "D" train(about 2 hours, 124RMB class2) ticket.0

I am going to Jinan too. I am teaching there. It is your best bet to take another flight into Jinan. Flight is right around $120. Only 2 airlines go there and its the same amount if you book it 3 months out or the same day.0
