Hi :) can I apply VOA if I'm holding Philippine passport but I'm PR of Unites States (green card holder) should I pay 168 RMB (Philippine rate) or 1224 RMB (US rate) and can I have VOA on the port when I arrive or should I have to get the VISA in advance? We just go to Shenzhen for a day tour :) thanks
