lost packet? help!

hi can somebody tell me where is my packet with traning number RC863614090CN? and why has the same status since 28/04!? when will arive? other packet with tracking number RB667873275CN arrived before and i order it long time after!thank you

Cristina, the stathus hasn't changed because China Post is not able to provide further updates when your parcel left China. The tracking information shows that your parcel left China on April 28. You may check it at the post office. It's been a month. I think it should have arrived.
