About:China Postal Service

tracking is stopped at 05/13/2014, why? what happened to the package? RC649592509CN

Could you tell me where is my parcel in fact?

There is nothing wrong. Your package already went out of China and is on the way to Italy. There is no more tracking information because China Post is not able to provide further updates once your parcel left China.
