Hello. I will buy tickets from guilin to guangzhou with soft sleeper. We r 5 people. I will buy 3 adult n 2 childen tickets. How to purchase so that we can still in d same room? Actually one of d child only 122 cm. Can she be free ticket? Pls advice. Tq.

you can not stay in one soft sleeper room as there are only four beds in the room. the child of 122cm can not travel for free, but she can buy a children ticket with a discount.children below 120 cm is free. so you need to buy 5 tickets with five beds, unless you have a child below 120cm who is free and do not need to buy the ticket and take no  bed.

No, people holding hard seat tickets are not allowed to enter the soft sleepr carriage.
