Parcels stopped moving after opening in Beijing and my parcels' numbers are RC085785284CN, RC827311215CN.

After opening in Beijing parcels just got lost. What happened? Their status didn't change for months.

Personally, it is hard to get tell what happened to your parcels just based on the tracking results.
Maybe your parcels are lost. In my opinion, you are suggested to contact the seller and tell them your issues and ask for returning your money.
