I hold a tourist L but have held a expert and work visa with two different companies

even thou have tefl and tesol and a degree the company who now want me are not a school but an e cigarette company can I apply for a work Z as not teaching position but as a c,e,o of factory for e cigarette ? please let me know what documents they need to provide for my work Z.
