About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is The 72h visa ok and where do I asked for it, at PVG airport?

I'm a flight attendant from Switzerland and like to take my daughter whit me on my Shanghai trip. Arriving from ZRH at PVG on the 29.5 7.30 and living PVG to ZRH the 31.5 at 9.30. May I take her whit me on a 72h. transit and where can I asked for it? At PVG airport or in Switzerland?
Thank you. Greetings Béatrice

No, you can not use this 72 hour free transit in Shanghai because your itinerary is a single return trip. So you have to apply for Chinese visas in advance in Switzerland.
