About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

My wife has spainsh residency and a philippine passport can she stay in Hong Kong as a tourist?

Yes, Philippine passport holders are exempted from visa to HK for a stay no more than 14 days. But she should prepare return ticket and hotel reservation for entry.
