About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I am a Filipina in Sri Lanka and want to go with my American husband to China where he works. I am asking visa issue.

How easy is it to get a tourist L in Sri Lanka? Shall I apply for an "S" family type - I have my medical oems all filled out. I was denied in my country but we were not married yet.

Do you have marriage certificate now for application? if yes, you are able to apply for a family visit S type.
